Yes, we offer SMTP services on ports 25, 587, and 2525. If your mail server can be configured to relay through a smart host, you are able to use our service.
The Sender Policy Framework (SPF) is an email authentication protocol that helps prevent spam by detecting email spoofing through verifying sender IP addresses. To use a mail relay service like Mailerify or any similar service, it is necessary to update your SPF record to authorize our service to send emails on your behalf. This can be done by adding the following directive: include:relay.mailerify.net
If you exceed your monthly limit, you will receive the SMTP error message: “550 Outgoing mail from 'your username' has been suspended.” To resume sending emails, you will need to either upgrade your subscription plan or wait until the start of the next billing cycle when the limit resets.
